Every time we come together

2    Every time we come together,
      We’re happy, we’re happy.
      Yes! Together we are willing
      To participate:
      Some washing, some chopping,
      Some cooking, some cleaning. *
Not just work but they’re a way that
      We all can enjoy!

3    Every time we come together,
      We’re caring, we’re caring.
When we care for one another
      It makes us so glad.
      We welcome each other
      Into our homes gladly.
It’s a blessing to our household!
      We all can enjoy!

* You may add:
Some drying, some mixing,
Some boiling, some baking.
Some sweeping, some mopping,
And some rearranging.

(Tune: Have you ever seen a lassie)
